It is official now – everyone is obsessed with yoga. You can see people doing yoga poses everywhere! Instagram full of #yogatime hashtags. You know, you too might become one of them. You don’t know yoga? No worries, here are few simple and easy poses to do at home!

Of course, not literally in your sleep, but you can do yoga while you just lying on the floor. This very simple yoga pose might be not the best for an Instagram pose, but definitely has its own benefits. Name is not so cheerful, though - the corpse pose. It is really harder than you think. Needs little bit practice and lots of effort. Nothing  you cannot achieve, huh? If you master this pose, it can be your secret place and a thing for you to escape from stress of work, family and relationships. And you know that old saying: clean mind equals to healthy body.

Yoga is the one of few sports or life style than can be useful and achievable at any age. As we can see on the example, everyone can be hero… or at least do Hero Pose. It seems like you only have to sit, right? Yes and no at the same time. The Hero Pose can be much more complicate then you predict. Sometimes, it requires extra support with special yoga tools. Yet, another nice pose for Instagram. You should consider do it often.
