Morning routines 

Every morning is a new day and why not make it about new you?! 

It is really important to wake up and be more productive. But I understand, it is really hard to leave your soft, warm bed in the mornings… 
Hey, buddy, no worries, I have few tips for you! 

No "later" to alarms! 

No later to alarms! 


I admit, there was a time when I have 5-6 alarms and definitely was into use "later" button! It was like a endless circle - alarm rings, you open your eyes, reach to alarm and find "later"... Oh boy, I was so late to everywhere! But everything changed when I have just one alarm. That's it, I have to woke up, there was no later! Definitely should try this!

I'm not intent to sound like health freak, but "morning coffee" is a myth! If you really need to feel fresh, awaken, productive and ready to go, just keep a glass of water beside your bed and drink it when you open you eyes. Our body need this. Our digest system need this. Even our skin need this! After a glass of water, you can have coffee if you want. However, I have a little hunch that you won't be need it anymore!

we have whole day to stalk on social media, feel insecure, worry about worlds problems. In the morning just enjoy the beginning of new day and fresh yourself! Keep your cell phone away, charge across to the room. And here is extra tip, it will save you from half an hour meaningless social media scroll! You can do so much things in that extra half an hour!

yes, yes, there is an endless war between night showers and morning showers. Personally, I think everyone should give a try to morning shower once in a while! You will feel relaxed and fresh - it is good sign when you think of all the pressure through the day. But if you don't have time or just not feeling it, washing your face with cold water will do the same thing!

In these days avocado toast, healthy smoothies and other very healthish breakfast posts all over the social media. So you might think good and old p&j sandwich, or just a sunny side up egg not a good breakfast choice. Okay, maybe it is not the healthiest, but still better than nothing! Get that breakfast, eat well and feel well! Your body will thank you for that! 

You need "you time"!

When you start a new day, you have lots of things ahead! Your body might be ready to them, but don't forget to prepare your mind too! Just have a little "me time" after breakfast. Go on balcony, or on window - look at the city, enjoy your cup of coffee, tea or another glass of water! Just have that little ten or fifteen minutes in peace. In my opinion, it is most important morning routine above the all! Have clear mind can make wonders! Try it from tomorrow! 

Oh, and if you have difficulties to follow up your routine at start, no worries! It happens all the time! Just give it a time and in a short time, you will share your own "morning routines" with people you know and they definitely will appreciate it!
